We want every Hopzo purchase to bring joy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Non-Returnable Items

Opened baby feeding items, personal care products, and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange it, subject to stock availability.
